Country Fire Authority Myrtleford Station
28 May 2019, Mr McCURDY (Ovens Valley): A 50 per cent cut in the emergency capability fund pours cold water on Myrtleford’s chances for a new CFA station. I cannot believe that our volunteers are again being pushed to the back of the queue so that money can be piped into Melbourne. It is time the Andrews Labor government showed more respect to our volunteers instead of cutting their budgets in half. There is no respect at all.
