Isabelle Dunstan
4 June, 2019, Mr McCURDY (Ovens Valley): Congratulations to Isabelle Dunstan, OAM, of Wangaratta, who was recently awarded the second annual Isobel Arbuthnot Award at the National Party state conference. Isabelle and her husband Ray are outstanding community leaders and continue to participate in service around the Wangaratta region. A presentation will be made to her at the Oxley Hall in the coming weeks to mark this outstanding achievement.
