Kim Scanlon

4 June 2019, Mr McCURDY (Ovens Valley): I wish to acknowledge Kim Scanlon, former executive officer of the Alpine Valleys Community Leadership program (AVCLP), and her work for this organisation over the past eight years. Since 1998 Alpine Valleys Community Leadership has assisted thousands of people across north-east Victoria to develop their leadership potential. Kim took up the role of executive officer in 2010 and over that time grew this organisation into the well-respected and well-known regional leadership program that it is today. Kim is extremely committed to her role and went above and beyond in many aspects, including building important relationships vital to the success of the program and safeguarding the financial stability of the organisation. I would like to thank Kim for her commitment and magnificent contribution to the AVCLP.
